Shelleka brings more than eleven years of experience in sales, customer conversations, leadership, and customer experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Digital Marketing.
She created MOTIVE after seeing how often hardworking business owners invest more time, money, and energy without first understanding why customers are not moving through the business as expected.
Her approach is practical and straightforward: diagnose the problem, choose the right priority, and create an action the business can realistically implement.
